General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cd44app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cd44app.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cd44app platform — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

cd44app reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately and any funds associated with unverifiable accounts may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process. We take under-age gambling prevention seriously and will cooperate fully with any lawful authority investigation in this regard.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on cd44app — including placing bets, playing casino games, and depositing funds — you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for payment verification purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on cd44app. The operation of more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of third-party details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Accounts registered using false information, stolen identities, or automated bot registration processes will be closed without notice and funds held therein forfeited.
• cd44app reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point and to request supporting documents including a copy of a National ID Card, passport, or proof of address.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on cd44app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cd44app supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is displayed in your account's cashier section.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. cd44app does not impose additional fees on deposits or withdrawals beyond what individual payment providers may charge according to their own schedules.

• Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of a confirmed and verified withdrawal request, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and bonus wagering requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on your cd44app account.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on cd44app unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first in all wagering, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for individual, recreational use only. • Free bets and free spin winnings are subject to minimum odds and game restrictions as stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the specified expiry window will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cd44app platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cd44app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banishment from the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during the registration, verification, or account management process.
• Operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known errors will be void and forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any other activity that may violate applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cd44app staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, algorithm, or security system used by cd44app.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, offering third-party tipping services funded by platform activity, or acting as an agent for other bettors without express written authorisation from cd44app.

cd44app reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, cd44app may suspend the account immediately, conduct a full review of historical activity, void any bets or game rounds associated with the prohibited conduct, and withhold or confiscate associated funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cd44app platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and e-sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In addition to individual game rules, the following general fair play principles apply across the entire cd44app platform:

The cd44app name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or print materials — without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

• Game assets, graphics, and audio content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, etc.) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cd44app platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• cd44app is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider outages.
• The platform's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits cd44app's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your cd44app account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cd44app will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and wagering requirement checks.

cd44app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibition on duplicate accounts, false registration information, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification checks within the timeframe specified by cd44app.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request — in which case the account will be closed immediately in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without a valid basis and without prior contact with cd44app support.

Where an account is closed by cd44app due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money funds may also be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into the conduct that led to the closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the platform's operating entity. cd44app operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform using industry-standard security, fair-play certification, and responsible gaming frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between you and cd44app, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. The majority of disputes arising from game outcomes, payment processing, or bonus queries are resolved at this first stage without the need for further escalation.

• All formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and should include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• cd44app will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 days of acknowledgement.
• Where a dispute relates to a specific game round, the server-side game logs held by cd44app and its provider partners will constitute the definitive record of events. Client-side records (screenshots, device recordings) are treated as supporting evidence only.

Amendments to These Terms

cd44app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
